Martin Luther King Jr. said: “If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, “Here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well.”

This is how we build personalized, stylized houses, as though all of heaven looks down and says, “there lies a beautiful home.”

Built with two mother-in-law suites for the purpose of having extended family live under one roof – 3 kitchens, 4.5 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms – Raymo is double insulated with a sound bar to deaden noise between floors.

We gave everyone a separate entrance, and upgraded the floor joists to ensure the floor didn’t have bounce.

The Laurendeau Project consisted of two up/down duplexes built next to each other. We maximized the design by using a raised ranch style home, allowing us to put large windows and 9 ft ceilings in the lower unit without bulkheads, which stopped it feeling like a basement unit; instead it felt airy and bright.

Each unit had 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a separate laundry room and big open concept living room/kitchen. The customer rented each unit out for just under $2000+ utilities and was cash flow positive from the start.
