Laird
Laird is a 9-unit Apartment Building that takes full advantage of government incentives. For our investors we: found the lot, designed the building that optimized the government plans for maximum mortgage length, applied for and had variances approved and maximized on the enhanced HST rebate. The end result is very happy investors. They’ll be able to pull all their capital out once the building is done and have infinite returns.
We expect to break ground in October 2024.
